INSTRUCTIONS DE DÉGAGEMENT

Please follow the below instructions for in and out clearance for the Garrison Toronto Messes:
1. fill out the Clearance Form

2. Email mess corresponding supporting document: [email protected]

• Posting Message or Clearance Sheet from you unit that requires Mess Signature.
• Military Clearance Form from the order room / HR department or from your unit authority.
• Email confirmation of your start or departure date from your unit authority is also valid. 

 *Email subject line: type of clearance-your last name-last 3 digits of your Service number-YYMM: 

• For Sgt DOE with service number A12345678 Out-Clerance in SEP 2022: e.g.OUT-DOE678-2209
• For Sgt DOE with service number A12345678 In-Clerance: e.g. IN-DOE678-2209
• For Sgt DOE with service number A12345678 Internal Transfer or promotion: Clerance: e.g. TRA-DOE678-2209

 (Please note if you have an outstanding MESS Balance, your out-clearance can only be approved after the Balance is cleared. Once you submit your Out-Clearance Form, The mess staff will remind you if you have an outstanding Balance. You can make the payment by e-mail and transfer the fund to [email protected]. You will receive a confirmation once your clearance process is completed.
